TriPointDecks & Porches

Our warranty

Workmanship and manufacturer warranties, in writing — plus a crew that stands behind the build.

Vague “fully guaranteed” language is easy to write and hard to hold anyone to. So here's ours itemised — what's covered, for how long, and what isn't.

Workmanship warranty

TriPoint backs its own labor and craftsmanship. If something isn't right, John and Taylor make it right — the reliability reviewers mention most.

Manufacturer material warranties

Trex and TimberTech composite decking carry long manufacturer warranties against fade, stain and structural failure, registered for your build.

Permits & inspections passed

We pull the permits and see the job through official inspection, so your deck or porch is documented, code-compliant and adds clean value to the home.

Licensed & insured

TriPoint states they are licensed general contractors with an engineer on staff — so the structure under your feet is engineered, not guessed at.

What isn't covered

Warranties cover materials and workmanship, not ordinary wear, weathering of natural wood, or alterations made by another contractor after handover. We'll walk you through exactly what your specific build carries before you sign.

Because John and Taylor personally lead every project, we're happy to put our name to it in writing — and to come back if we ever need to.
