Permits & HOA Approval

This is the part most homeowners dread, and we take it off your plate. TriPoint pulls the building permits and prepares your HOA approval. With an engineer on staff and licensed general contractors on the job, the structural design is done properly so it sails through review.

Construction & Inspection

Our own crew builds the project — footings, framing, decking, railings, roof and screens — showing up on time every day and working fast; reviewers describe full tear-downs and rebuilds finished in three or four days. We see it through the official inspection so your new deck or porch is documented, code-compliant and ready to enjoy.
After the job's done, you're not on your own. TriPoint backs its own workmanship, and your composite decking carries long manufacturer warranties — if something isn't right, we make it right.
